JDScent is committed to providing high-quality perfumes and fragrances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale events
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was delivered.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
